This month we are tasting one of the most famous appeals. And not only in Italy, but all over the world. Valpolicella, which is located in the Veneto region and famous for its dry grape wine Amarone, its little cousin Ripasso and the sweet old Recioto. We've all heard it, but have we all tasted it? A good opportunity to dig in and taste.
